The Americans For Nonsmokers Rights Foundation's efforts are forcused on three main objectives: clearing secondhand smoke from the air; raising a generation of youth who remain, as they were born, smokefree; and countering Big Tobacco's distorting influence in our communities.

We are a statewide coalition of organizations that have joined together to provide education, information and resources on the dangers of secondhand smoke throughout North Dakota. We offer workshops and seminars for organizations and individuals who want to make a difference on this important issue. We also offer the latest news on issues related to secondhand smoke, its health consequences, and what can be done to protect all North Dakotans from secondhand smoke. We want everyone to be able to breathe free in ND.
Smoking in the Movies

There is more smoking in the movies than ever and this smoking encourages kids to smoke. Exposure to tobacco on screen is a major recruiter of new young smokers.
